In both offers, the free item is always the lowest-priced one in the group. Your saving equals the price of the cheapest item in each group. So pair a costly sale item with another of about the same price, and for Buy 2 Get 1, pick three items that are close in price.

Only sale items count towards these offers. A sale item carries a revised MRP sticker behind the product label, so turn the tag over before you add anything to your pile. The price the billing system shows is the final price, so read your bill at the counter before you pay.

Sale items are harder to return. Items bought under an offer follow that offer's return terms, and they cannot be returned or exchanged after the offer period ends. Try on each piece in the trial room before billing, especially the costlier ones.

Any return or exchange at Zudio must happen within 30 days of purchase, and you must still have both the product label and the invoice. Without them, the store will not take the item back, and the item must be unused and unwashed. Innerwear such as briefs, boxers, socks and camisoles, plus sunglasses, fashion accessories and cosmetics, are never exchanged, so buy these only when you are sure of the size or shade. Women's bras and men's vests are the exception and can be returned or exchanged.

A refund, when given, can go back to your original payment method or come as a credit note, and the store decides which. The credit note is linked to the mobile number you gave at billing, cannot move to another number, and expires 90 days after issue with no extension. Spending part of a credit note does not reset its expiry, so the balance left over still runs out on the original date. Plan one purchase that uses the full amount, and combine several credit notes in that one bill where the billing system allows it. A credit note from a standalone Zudio store works only at standalone stores, and one from a Zudio inside Star Bazaar or Star Quick works only at those.

A Zudio e-gift voucher can be used only once, and its full value must go into a single bill. Partial use is not allowed. Pick items worth at least the voucher value before you reach the counter, and pay the extra by UPI, cash or card. If you hold more than one voucher, you can combine them in the same bill where the billing system allows it.

The voucher is valid for 12 months from activation and cannot be extended after that. A voucher issued for standalone Zudio stores does not work at a Zudio inside Star Bazaar or Star Quick, and the reverse is also true. If you are buying one as a gift, first find out which kind of Zudio store the person shops at.

Tata NeuCoins and Sodexo cards are not accepted at Zudio, so do not count on them to lower your bill. Payment is by cash, UPI, or a Visa, Mastercard or Maestro card.
