Do Pepe Jeans extra-off codes work on sale prices?

Yes, Pepe Jeans often runs extra-off codes that apply on top of prices already cut in its sale. So you can get the markdown and a code on the same pair of jeans. What limits a code is which items it covers. Some cover the whole bag, while others are limited to one category or collection. A code limited to sneakers, for example, does nothing for a sale shirt sitting in the same bag. Pro Tip: Some codes come with a no-return condition. Only use one of those when you already know your size in that fit.

Are Pepe Jeans promo codes case sensitive?

They are, so a code typed in small letters when it was issued in capitals gets rejected. Copying it from this page is the easy fix. But a copied code can pick up a space at the end, so delete any extra space before you click Apply. If the exact code still won't go through, check these in order: Your bag total is below the code's minimum. The code covers only one category or collection, and your bag has nothing from it. The code is only for prepaid orders and you picked cash on delivery. The code has ended. Try the next offer on this list. And if a code fails for you, tap 'No' under 'Did this offer work?' so we can pull it from this page.

How do minimums work on Pepe Jeans flat-off codes?

Flat-rupee codes at Pepe Jeans usually need a minimum bag total, and that minimum is checked against the prices showing in your bag. So a jacket marked down in the sale counts at its sale price, not its original tag price. A bag that looks full on tags can still fall short. Pro Tip: Just short of a minimum? Briefs or trunks are handy small add-ons, but innerwear can't be returned, so only add pairs you'll wear. A belt or a cardholder fills the gap and stays returnable.

Can I use a Pepe Jeans code with cash on delivery?

Yes, a regular code works with cash on delivery, but a code or extra discount meant for prepaid orders won't apply once you pick COD. Compare the total on the payment step with each option before you confirm. COD at Pepe Jeans also has its own conditions: You must be signed in to your account to choose it. It covers orders up to INR 5,000, and some pincodes can't use it at all. There's no extra fee for picking it. So if adding items to reach a code's minimum pushes your total past INR 5,000, you'll need to pay online.

What happens if I use a no-return code at Pepe Jeans?

The order becomes final, so nothing bought with a no-return code can be returned or exchanged. The only exceptions are a wrong item delivered or a manufacturing defect. A wrong or damaged item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. For either exception, you need to send photos of the price tag and the damaged area. A defect has to be confirmed by the store's quality team before you get a refund, and in rare cases they ask you to send the product in first. If they reject the claim, the item is shipped back to your delivery address. Items sold as final sale can't be returned or exchanged either. Before you apply a deep-discount code, read its terms on this page for a no-return line. Pro Tip: For jeans, a no-return code only makes sense when you already own that exact fit in that size. Trying a new fit? A regular code keeps the size exchange open.

Can I add a code after placing my order?

No. Once an order is submitted, Pepe Jeans can't add a code to it, but the same code may still work on your next order if it hasn't ended. The order summary screen just before Confirm Order is your last chance to fix anything, so look for the discount line there before you click.

Can I exchange a Pepe Jeans item for a different size?

Yes, Pepe Jeans exchanges items for a different size within 14 days, and those 14 days count from the purchase date, not the delivery date. The piece must be unused and unwashed, with all original tags still attached. The exchange covers size only, not a switch to another product. Innerwear can't be exchanged, and neither can anything customised or altered. You raise the request online, the store picks up the original piece, and then the exchange goes ahead. If your new size is out of stock, they may offer a refund instead. Pro Tip: If you used a code, exchange rather than return and reorder. A fresh order needs its own code, and the one you used may have ended by then.

Do Pepe Jeans online deals work in their stores?

Not always. Pepe Jeans runs some discounts only online and others only in its stores, and the same item can carry a different price in each. Returns are kept separate too. An online order can't be returned or exchanged at a Pepe Jeans store, so it has to go back through the online request and a pickup from your address. Want to try a new fit first? Check your size in a store, then order that exact size online with a code from this page.

How do refunds work on a cash on delivery order?

A COD refund comes as a refund link sent to your registered mobile number and email, and you enter your bank account or UPI details on it to receive the money. The store never asks for any other bank or card details, so ignore any email that does. Prepaid orders are simpler. The money goes back to the card or account you paid with, and it can take up to 10 days to show after the refund is processed. One cost doesn't come back. If your order was under INR 1,000 and you paid a delivery charge, that charge isn't refunded unless you got the wrong item or the whole order arrived damaged.

Do I need the box to return Pepe Jeans sneakers?

You do. Footwear must go back in its outer box, and a pair returned without it gets no refund and is shipped back to the address on your order. Pro Tip: Try new sneakers on indoors on a clean floor, and hold on to the box and tags until your return window closes.
