Why won't my Sugar Cosmetics code apply over an auto-applied offer?

You have to remove the auto-applied offer first, because the order only takes one code. In the SUGAR app, open the Available Offers tab on the cart page, take off the code that is already there, and then enter yours. Before you swap, compare the two. Note the total with the auto-applied offer, then the total with your code, and keep the lower one. The offer the app picked for you is sometimes the better deal for that cart.

Why didn't my Sugar Cosmetics free-gift code add the gift?

Your cart is most likely below the minimum order value the gift offer needs. Free-gift codes at Sugar Cosmetics only unlock above a set cart value, and that figure is printed on the offer listed on this page. Also check that the gift code is the one actually sitting in the code box. A gift code and a percentage code can't both go on the same order, so decide which is worth more to you: the free item or the money off. Pro Tip: If you are a little short of the minimum, add a small item you were going to buy anyway. Compare what that item costs with what the gift is worth before you decide.

How do I get the first-order discount at Sugar Cosmetics?

Create a new account and use the first-order offer on your very first purchase. The discount is tied to that new account and works only once. The SUGAR app gives signup benefits like discounts, so signing up through the app is a good way to start. Pro Tip: If the first-order offer is a percentage, put everything you need in that first cart. A bigger first order saves more, and you won't get the offer again.

Are some Sugar Cosmetics codes only valid on the app?

Yes. The SUGAR app runs its own exclusive offers, and a code meant for the app won't apply on the website. It works the other way too. Some codes are marked as valid only on website orders and won't go through in the app. So if a code keeps failing, check which channel the offer on this page names and place the order there. When an offer names neither, try the app first, since that is where the exclusive deals are.

Do some Sugar Cosmetics codes need a specific card to pay?

Yes. Some codes are linked to a card network or a bank and only work when you pay the full amount with that card. The card is named on the offer, and these codes can carry a minimum purchase as well. Choose that card on the payment page before you confirm. Paying by UPI, a wallet, another card or cash on delivery does not meet the condition. Pro Tip: Compare a card-linked code with the best open code on this page. Only one can go on the order, and the card offer only works if you hold that card and your cart clears its minimum, so price the cart both ways and keep the lower total.

Can I pay part of my order with SUGAR reward points?

Yes. Reward points are one of the payment options at Sugar Cosmetics checkout, along with UPI, cards, net banking, mobile wallets, e-gift cards and cash on delivery. Points are used at the payment step, not in the code box. Pro Tip: Log in before you start checkout so your points balance shows on the payment page.
