Why won't my Nykaa code apply to my bag?

Most of the time, the code covers certain brands or categories only, and nothing in your bag is from that list. The offer on this page names what it covers, so match your bag to it first. If your bag does match, check these next: It is a first-order code, and your account already has an order on it. The code has a minimum bag value and your total is below it. The code has expired. Pick another one from this page.

Which Nykaa code should I pick if two of them apply?

Work out both, because Nykaa takes only one code per order and the better one depends on your bag total. A flat amount off usually wins on a small bag. A percentage code wins once the bag gets bigger. Some percentage codes also carry a maximum discount, so after a point the saving stops growing. And if a code needs a minimum bag value that you are just short of, adding something you were going to buy anyway can be cheaper than settling for the weaker code. Pro Tip: Multiply your bag total by the percentage. If the answer is more than the flat amount, use the percentage code.

Does the Nykaa first-order code work on the app too?

Yes. Each new account gets one first-purchase code, and it works on one order only, whether you place it on the app or the website. Since you can use just one code per order, compare the first-order offers on this page and use the bigger one on your first bag. After that, your account moves to the regular codes listed here, which existing customers can use too.

Can I use a Nykaa coupon and a bank offer together?

Yes. The coupon comes off your bag total first, and the bank card, wallet or UPI discount applies after it on the payment page. They work at different steps, so they combine. The banks and wallets taking part change from event to event, and they show in the offer strip on the payment page. Bank offers carry their own minimum spend and maximum discount, shown in that same strip. Pro Tip: Look at the offer strip even on normal days. A payment offer can save more than the coupon itself.

Do free gifts on Nykaa stack with my coupon code?

Yes, a free gift with purchase comes on top of your coupon and any bank offer. The brand or product page shows the gift and the spend you need to reach it. Before you pay, look for the gift as a free line in your bag.

How does No Cost EMI work on a Nykaa order?

No Cost EMI on Nykaa is a credit card option, and it covers only the products in your bag that are marked No Cost EMI eligible. If your bag mixes eligible and other products, the offer applies to the eligible ones only. So check the EMI breakup on the payment page before you confirm. Pro Tip: Apply your coupon first. You pick EMI at the payment step, after the coupon has already cut the total.

How do I use Nykaa reward points with a coupon?

You redeem reward points at checkout, and they come off your total along with the coupon code. You earn points on what you spend on eligible products, so the points from one order help on a later one. Product reviews earn extra points too, once Nykaa verifies them. And if you shop in your birthday month, Prive members get a points multiplier on that order.

Is Nykaa Prive worth joining for free delivery?

Prive is free, and you join it by spending on Nykaa, not by paying a fee. It has three tiers: Prive Member, Gold and Platinum, each unlocked by a higher spend. Gold and Platinum members get free shipping, plus a free birthday gift if they shop in their birthday month. Each tier also gets a bigger birthday points multiplier, and some sales are open only to certain Prive tiers. Your tier upgrade shows only after the return window on your qualifying order is over, so recheck your status then.

Can I pay with a Nykaa gift card and still use a coupon?

Yes, a gift card works with a coupon code. Apply the code first, then pick Gift Card as your payment method and enter the card number and PIN. If its balance does not cover the bill, pay the rest by UPI, card or net banking.
