Why won't my JiViSa bundle code apply to my bag?

Range codes, like the ones for herbal teas or ubtan face packs, work only when your bag holds enough items from that one range. A tea code counts teas and nothing else. So a shampoo or a soap in the same bag does not help you reach the item count, and the offer on this page tells you how many you need. A code that shows as invalid even with the right items in the bag has most likely ended, so pick another from the list here. Pro Tip: If a code fails for you, tap 'No' under 'Did this offer work?' in the popup. That helps us pull dead codes off this page faster.

Can I use a JiViSa bundle code and a sitewide code together?

No. JiViSa's checkout takes one code per order, and a second code either gets refused or replaces the first one. So the real choice is which single code saves more on your bag. A tea or ubtan code discounts only items from that range, so it helps most when your bag is mostly teas or ubtans. Apply each code in turn and keep the one that leaves the lower total.

Do codes work on Factory Rescue products?

No, discount codes don't work on Factory Rescue products. These are sealed, regular JiViSa formulas with a shorter shelf life, and the lower price on them is the final price. Each product shows a best-before date. Buy only what you will use up before that date, because a cheap bottle you can't finish is no saving.

Does my JiViSa coupon affect the ₹499 free shipping?

It can. Free shipping starts above ₹499, and once a code comes off, a bag that sat just over that mark can end up below it. Check the delivery line on the checkout page after you apply the code, before you pay. Pro Tip: If a shipping charge appears, compare it with the price of a small add-on such as a handmade soap or a lip care product. If the add-on costs less than the shipping charge, you pay less and get a product too.

Can I add a JiViSa code after placing my order?

No, an order can't be changed once it's placed. What you can do is cancel it before it ships and order again with the code. Cancelling before shipping costs nothing, and the full amount comes back with no shipping deduction. Move fast, though. JiViSa aims to dispatch orders within 24 hours, and orders placed after 9 PM can go out in the next dispatch lot. Once the parcel ships, cancelling costs you the shipping amount. On a prepaid order, the refund for the cancelled order goes back to your original payment method after the cancellation is processed, so the money for the new order leaves your account before the old refund arrives.

How do I get 10% off my first JiViSa order?

JiViSa gives a 10% welcome discount on your first purchase when you sign up with your email. It works on a first purchase only, so it won't apply if you have ordered before. The welcome code also uses up your one code slot for that order. If a code listed on this page takes more than 10% off your bag, use that one on your first order instead.

Does cash on delivery cost extra at JiViSa?

Yes, a COD order carries an extra ₹79 charge. Paying by UPI, card or net banking skips it, so the same bag costs ₹79 less when you pay online. JiViSa also offers partial COD, where you pay ₹49 at checkout and the rest at your door. You lose that ₹49 if the order is cancelled after it ships, if you refuse or return the parcel, or if it goes back to the store undelivered.

Can I return a JiViSa product if I don't like it?

No. JiViSa takes returns and exchanges only for a damaged, leaking or wrong product, or a verified quality problem. Gift boxes can't be returned at all. So if you change your mind about a product, you keep it. For a damaged, leaking, wrong or missing item, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery with a complete unboxing video. The video needs to show the sealed outer package first, then the opening in one take with no cuts, then every product inside. Without that video, the claim can't be processed. Pro Tip: Start recording before you touch the tape, even when the box looks fine.
