Why won't my Moglix code apply to my whole cart?

The most common reason is that the code covers one product category only. A code made for tools, for example, takes money off those products and ignores the rest of the cart. If none of those products are in the cart, it refuses to apply at all. The offer on this page names the category, so match it against what you are buying. Next, look at the cart value. Some Moglix codes carry a minimum order value, and removing one item can drop the cart below it. If the category and the total both match and the code still fails, it has most likely expired.

Can I use a Moglix coupon with cash on delivery?

Yes, a regular coupon code works on a cash on delivery order. The code goes in during checkout, before you pay, so picking COD does not cancel the discount. The exception is a code linked to a bank or a wallet. If the offer names one, you must pay with that bank's card or net banking, or with that wallet, to get the discount. Pay by COD or a different card and the order won't qualify for it.

Do codes work on Moglix products that already show a discount?

Usually not, unless the offer says it covers marked-down products. A code that excludes those items will either refuse to apply or skip those lines. On a mixed cart, the code can still take money off the full-price items. If you are choosing between a marked-down product and a full-price one, price both ways - the marked-down price alone, and the full price with the code - and take whichever total is lower.

What do I get if my Moglix 24 Hour Delivery order is late?

You get a free coupon worth 10% of the order value, up to INR 500. This covers only products that carry the 24 Hour Delivery badge, so an item without the badge does not earn the coupon if it arrives late. The 10% reaches the INR 500 cap on an order of INR 5,000, and anything above that still earns INR 500. The coupon is sent to your registered email after delivery, so you need an email on your account that you actually check. Pro Tip: If you need something fast, look for the 24 Hour Delivery badge on the product page before you add it to the cart.

Do weekends count toward Moglix's 24-hour delivery?

No. Weekends and public holidays are left out of the 24 hours. So an order placed late in the week can arrive in the following week and still count as on time. A public holiday adds to that window in the same way. Count only working days before you decide a 24 Hour Delivery order is late and look out for the coupon.

How long is the Moglix late-delivery coupon valid?

It is valid for 30 days from the day it is issued. The 30 days run from the issue date, not from when you open the email, so plan your next order within that window. The code box takes one code per order. On your next cart, compare the late-delivery coupon with the best code on this page and use whichever takes more off.

Can I pay for a Moglix order with Snapmint?

Yes, Snapmint is a payment option at Moglix checkout, and it lets you pay in monthly instalments without a credit card. Pick it on the payment page and choose a tenure from the options shown there. If you have a credit card, card EMI is also on the payment page, and no-cost EMI shows up there when your cart qualifies for it. EMI can still carry a processing fee, so check the EMI details before you confirm. Pro Tip: Apply your coupon before you choose Snapmint or EMI. The instalments are then worked out on the lower total, so each monthly payment is smaller.

Do I need a new Moglix account to use these codes?

No. Moglix does not run a new-customer discount, so the codes on this page work on the account you already have. A second account gets you nothing extra. Staying on your main account also helps with the 24-hour delivery guarantee, because any late-delivery coupon goes to the email registered on that account.
