Which bank cards get Whirlpool's instant cashback on EMI?

Credit cards from SBI, Axis Bank, YES Bank, Kotak Bank, AU Bank and Federal Bank get 5%, 12.5% or 15% instant cashback at Whirlpool, but only when you pay with No Cost EMI through Pine Labs. The cashback comes with conditions. Your order must be at least INR 10,000. The product must be one the offer covers, and you can see whether your item qualifies on the payment page before you pay. You also need an EMI tenure longer than 3 months, because 3-month EMI does not qualify. Pro Tip: Apply your coupon in the cart first, then pick card EMI on the payment page. Check the exact cashback rate shown for your card before you confirm.

Why won't my Whirlpool code apply to the appliance in my cart?

The usual reason is that the code covers a different product type than the one in your cart. A code meant for refrigerators won't work on an AC or a washing machine, and each offer on this page names the products it covers. If the product matches, look at the end date shown next to the offer. An expired code gets rejected even if it worked for someone last week. Some codes also need a minimum cart value, and a single small item like a microwave can fall short of it. Still stuck? Try the next code in the list. And if a code fails, tap 'No' under 'Did this offer work?' in the popup so we can remove dead codes faster.

How much can I save by exchanging my old appliance at Whirlpool?

You get up to INR 5,500 off a new Whirlpool appliance when you hand over an old one, and the exchange is free. Two conditions decide whether you get that value. You must uninstall the old appliance before the new one is delivered. And the old appliance must match the details you entered when you chose the exchange, so enter them exactly as they are. Pro Tip: Arrange the uninstall ahead of your delivery date so the old unit is ready on time.

Do Whirlpool coupons work on appliances already marked down?

A coupon code often won't apply on top of a sale price unless the offer says it does. When a code is blocked on a discounted appliance, price it both ways. Take the sale price alone, then the normal price with the code, and pay whichever total is lower. On a big purchase like a fridge or an AC, even a small difference is worth the two minutes it takes to check.

Can I get the Whirlpool bank cashback with a debit card?

No. The instant cashback is a credit card offer, so a debit card from the same banks does not get it. If you only have a debit card, your savings come from a coupon on this page and the old appliance exchange.

How long can I stretch No Cost EMI on a Whirlpool order?

Up to 12 months, on select credit cards. The cards that qualify show up as EMI options on the payment page. Check the EMI details there for any processing fee before you confirm. And the tenure you pick matters for the bank cashback too. A 3-month plan does not get it, so choose a longer one if you want the cashback.

Do I lose the exchange discount if I return my new Whirlpool appliance?

Yes. Whirlpool does not refund the exchange value if you return the new product. So settle on the model, size and capacity before you trade in your old unit. Once the exchange is done, a return only gets you back what you actually paid.

Will Whirlpool match a lower price I find elsewhere?

No, Whirlpool does not match prices from other sellers. So compare final totals yourself, not list prices. Count everything that lowers the price here, such as a coupon, the bank cashback on card EMI or the exchange value, before you decide where to buy.
