Clear any old items left in your Reliance Digital cart before you add a phone or TV, because one leftover item is enough to lose No Cost EMI and the Additional Brand Cashback.
Card instant discounts at Reliance Digital do not work on No Cost EMI orders, so a big purchase gets one or the other. Before you choose, compare the bill after the instant discount with the total of all No Cost EMI instalments for the same product. The instant discount also does not work on corporate or commercial cards, so pay with a personal card.
Most instant discounts need a single bill of Rs. 10,000 or more and apply once per card during the offer period. This minimum spend may vary from time to time, so check the current offer terms before you buy. If you are paying in full and your item costs a little under Rs. 10,000, add an accessory you already planned to buy to the same bill so the total crosses the line. If you buy a phone now and a laptop later in the same offer period, pay for the second one with a different card from the same bank.
No Cost EMI and the Additional Brand Cashback both need the product to be the only item in your cart, so on that route a cover or cable in the same order costs you both. The brand cashback also needs you to pay through the Pine Labs payment gateway with a card from a bank listed under Finance Offers on the product page. No Cost EMI covers select products and banks only, on credit cards and select debit cards, so confirm at the payment step that your card shows a No Cost EMI plan for this product. Buy the add-ons in a separate order after the main product.
