Why won't my Loop Earplugs code work on a bundle?

Loop promo codes usually don't apply to bundles, and they are also refused on limited-edition products. A build-your-own bundle already gets its own discount, which the store applies automatically at checkout when you buy more than one product. The checkout takes one discount per order, so a code can't be added on top of that bundle price. If the code is rejected on a cart with no bundle in it, look for a limited-edition pair in the cart. Remove it and apply the code again to see if the rest of the cart qualifies. Pro Tip: Buying two or more pairs? Price the cart both ways, first as a bundle with no code and then as single items with your best code from this page. Check out with whichever total is lower.

Do I lose the shipping cost if I return a Loop order?

Yes, the shipping you paid on the original order is not refunded. And if your order got free shipping, the store deducts the shipping cost from your refund, so a free-shipping order does not come back in full either. Each order needs its own return. You can't put items from two different orders into one return, even if you are sending them back on the same day. When you start a return in the Returns Portal, you can pick a refund, store credit or an exchange.

What does the free 2-year Loop warranty cover?

Every Loop product comes with a 2-year warranty at no extra cost, so damage or a fault in that time does not mean paying for a new pair. To claim it, you need to report the problem through the warranty portal with a short description and a photo. The warranty runs well past the return window. So a pair that develops a fault after you can no longer return it still has cover.

Can I swap my Loop earplugs for a different size or colour?

Yes, you can exchange Loop earplugs for a different size or colour through the Returns Portal. Expedited shipping isn't offered on exchanges, so the replacement pair comes by standard delivery. If they feel loose or let in too much noise, try the fit before you swap. Insert each earplug with a slight twist until it sits snug and fully sealed in the ear canal. For Loop Dream, if the silicone layer folds over the foam tip, unroll it and roll it back over the foam.

Does Loop Earplugs give a code for joining its email list?

Yes, joining the store's email list gets you a discount code for your first purchase, sent to your inbox. It works once, on one order. Because it is a first-purchase code, it helps most before your first Loop order. Existing customers save through Loop Circle points instead.

How does the Loop refer-a-friend programme work?

You share your personal referral link, and the friend who uses it gets a discount on their first order. Once their purchase goes through, you earn points in your Loop Circle account. Send the link to friends who haven't bought from Loop yet, since the discount is for a first order.

Should I use my signup code or a friend's referral link?

Use whichever one leaves the lower total, because both are first-order offers and the checkout accepts only one discount per order. Try each on the same cart, note the final amount, and pay with the better one. If the two totals come out close, go with the referral link. Your order then also earns your friend points on their Loop Circle account.

Do returning Loop Earplugs customers earn anything on repeat orders?

Yes, Loop Circle is the store's free loyalty programme, and you earn points on what you spend. Points build up across orders, move you into higher tiers and can be swapped for rewards on later orders. Pro Tip: Shop with the same email address every time, so points from every order land in one account.
