Can I use a MIVI code on a product that's already discounted?

Some MIVI codes apply on top of a marked-down price, and some don't work on sale items. The quickest test is to apply the code in your cart and watch whether the total drops. If the code is refused on a sale item, compare the sale price on its own with the full price plus the code. Pay whichever total is lower.

Why does my MIVI code work on one product but not another?

The code is tied to a specific product or category. Checkout rejects it on anything outside that list. If your cart has a mix of products, the code may cut only the matching item or fail with an error. Look at the product named on the offer here and match it to what's in your cart. If that's not it, these are the next likely reasons: Your cart is below the code's minimum spend. The code has passed its end date. A space got copied along with the code. Type it in by hand. Still stuck? Pick another code from the list on this page. Only one code works per order, so there's no point holding on to a weak one.

Do I need a minimum cart for MIVI codes if shipping is free?

Only if the code itself asks for one. Delivery is free on every MIVI product, so there's no shipping threshold to reach. Any minimum spend comes from the coupon. When your cart is a little short, adding a low-priced accessory can unlock the code. Do the maths first. If the add-on costs more than the extra saving, skip it.

Do I get a MIVI discount for signing up on WhatsApp?

Yes. MIVI gives a discount when you sign up with your mobile number on WhatsApp. But only one code goes on an order, so the signup code and a code from this page can't be used together. Price your cart with each one and use whichever leaves the lower total.

Does cash on delivery cost extra at MIVI?

Yes. MIVI charges an INR 49 fee on cash on delivery orders. Shipping is free, so paying online with UPI or a Visa, RuPay or Amex card is the cheapest way to check out. Pro Tip: On a low-priced accessory, the INR 49 fee can be more than what your coupon saves. Pay online for small orders.

Can I cancel a MIVI order to reorder with a better code?

Only before it ships, and that window is short. MIVI ships in-stock products within 24 hours, and once an order enters shipping it can't be cancelled. After that, your only option is to refuse the parcel at delivery. Prepaid orders get a refund once it goes back. Any gift card amount used on the order is not refunded, so don't spend a gift card on an order you might cancel. So compare codes in the cart before you pay, not after.

What should I check when my MIVI parcel arrives?

Check the outer box before you accept it. If the packaging looks tampered with or damaged, refuse the parcel at the door. After you open it, the time limits are short: Damaged product, wrong product or missing accessories: report within 24 hours of delivery. A defect you find while using it: report within 7 days of delivery. For a replacement, you must return the item in its original packaging with all accessories and the original invoice. MIVI arranges the pickup. A product that works fine but you don't like the look or quality of does not qualify.

Does a discounted MIVI product get the full warranty?

Yes. Every product MIVI sells comes with a 1-year warranty, no matter what discount you got. You need proof of purchase to claim it, so save your order invoice. Keep the box, warranty card and original accessories too. The warranty covers repair or replacement only, and it ends 12 months from purchase even if the product sat unused.
