If you pay with an HDFC Bank credit or debit card, open Jockey from the Jockey tab on the HDFC Bank SmartBuy portal. Do not go straight to jockey.in. The bank reward applies only when you arrive through SmartBuy, log in with your registered mobile number and OTP, and pay with the HDFC card or PayZapp. Infinia, Diners Black, Regalia and Diners Privilege cards earn extra reward points, and other HDFC debit and credit cards earn cashback. The reward is not instant. HDFC Bank posts the points or cashback within 90 working days from the end of the month you buy in. Cash on delivery, net banking and card EMI earn nothing, and corporate, commercial and virtual cards are excluded. Any item you return or cancel is taken out of the amount that earns.

Gift cards and vouchers cannot be used on a SmartBuy order. If you have a gift card balance, spend it on a separate order placed directly on jockey.in. Each card type also has a cap on SmartBuy rewards per month, and some have a daily cap too, listed on the store's SmartBuy terms page, so a very large order can earn less than the full rate.

Jockey gift cards are issued by Pine Labs, Vouchagram and Razorpay, so you can buy them on gift voucher platforms, not only from the store. If a platform or your bank card gives a reward on voucher purchases, buy the voucher there and spend it on jockey.in. Compare what you pay for the voucher with its face value before you buy. That gap is your saving.

To use it, log in with your mobile number and OTP. Then add the card number and PIN in the Gift Card / Gift Voucher section of the cart, or under My Account and then Your Jockey Credit. The balance becomes Jockey Credit, which you can spend across several orders. It is valid for at least 12 months from issue and cannot be revived after it expires. The same balance also works at Jockey exclusive brand stores.

Plan returns before you pay. If an order is paid partly with Jockey Credit and you return one item, the refund is split in the same ratio as your payment. The credit share comes back as an e-gift card, not to your bank. Put items you might return in a separate order paid by card or UPI, so their refund comes back as money.

Briefs, trunks, vests, panties, socks, towels and handkerchiefs cannot be returned. Many multipacks are made up of these items, sold in packs of 2, 3 and 6. Before you buy a pack in a new style, fabric or size, buy one single piece. If the fit is wrong, you lose the price of one piece, not a whole pack.

A pack is not automatically cheaper per piece. Some multipack tiles show a saving label with a struck-out price, and many show only one price. For a pack with no saving label, add it to the bag and note the total. Then price the same number of single pieces and compare before you pay.

Packs of polos, T-shirts, boxer shorts and shorts count as outerwear, so they can be returned if unworn and with tags. Inner boxers look similar but count as innerwear and cannot go back. Read the product name to see which one you are buying before you order a pack in a new size.

Items bought on sale get no refund and no e-gift card. This applies even to bras, T-shirts, track pants and jackets that are otherwise returnable. For a bra style and size you already wear, the sale price is the better deal. For a style you have never tried, decide which matters more to you: the sale saving, or the option to send it back if the fit is wrong.

Only orders placed on jockey.in can be returned or refunded there. A piece bought at a Jockey exclusive brand store or from another seller does not get a refund from the website. A defect in it can get a replacement, but not a refund. For a first try of any returnable item, order it on jockey.in and raise the return from My Orders if it does not fit.
