Can I use Oyela store credit and a coupon on one order?

No. Oyela accepts either a coupon code or a gift card on an order, never both. Many return refunds come as store credit or a gift card, so the same limit applies to them. If a code won't apply after you add your credit, this is the reason. Use the coupon and pay the rest online. Keep the credit for a later order where you have no code. A coupon is a real saving, but credit is money you already have and can spend another time.

Is Oyela's Buy 2 Get 1 better than using a coupon?

Price your cart both ways and pick the lower total. The checkout takes one code per order, and Buy 2 Get 1 needs a code of its own, so you cannot add a percentage coupon on top. With only one or two items in the cart, the coupon is the one that helps. Returns change the picture too. Items bought under Buy 2 Get 1 or in a Clearance sale cannot be returned for a refund. You can only exchange them for other products. A coupon on regular-priced pieces keeps the refund option open, except on bodysuits and items marked 'Only Exchange Allowed'. Pro Tip: When Buy 2 Get 1 is on, product cards show a 'Get at' price for the offer. Compare that figure with the price after your coupon.

How much do I get back if I return a discounted Oyela order?

You get back what you actually paid after the coupon, minus an INR 100 reverse pickup fee. Shipping and COD charges are not refunded. Shipping the parcel back yourself skips the INR 100 fee. But on a prepaid order, a self-shipped return is refunded as store credit or a gift card, not to your bank. So the saving only makes sense if you plan to shop there again. Each order allows one return or exchange, and you cannot change that choice later. Decide which one you want before you book the pickup.

Is paying online cheaper than cash on delivery at Oyela?

Yes. Prepaid orders above INR 999 get an additional INR 50 off, and you also skip any COD charge. That charge is not refunded even if you send the order back. Watch the INR 999 mark. If your coupon brings the total below it, the INR 50 may not apply. Check the final amount on the payment page before you pay.

What's the catch with Oyela's Buy 1 Get 1 offer?

When Oyela runs Buy 1 Get 1, it works on prepaid orders only, and those items cannot be returned or exchanged. You keep whatever arrives, so you must be sure of the size before you order.

Will my refund go to my bank or as store credit?

Only prepaid orders above INR 2,499 that go back through the store's pickup are refunded to your bank or card. Everything else comes back as store credit or a gift card. Prepaid, above INR 2,499: back to your original bank account or card. Prepaid, INR 2,499 or below: store credit or a gift card. Cash on delivery, any value: store credit or a gift card, valid for 1 year. Prepaid, shipped back by you: store credit or a gift card. The store processes refunds within 3 days of your item reaching its warehouse. Bank refunds then take 5-7 banking days to show in your account.

What if my Oyela order arrives damaged or wrong?

You must record a video while opening the parcel and report the problem within 24 hours of delivery. The store uses that video to check wrong, missing or damaged items, and it cannot reliably look into claims raised after 24 hours. The same 24-hour limit applies if tracking says 'Delivered' but the parcel never reached you.
