Why won't my DELL coupon apply to the model in my cart?

The usual reason is that the model isn't covered. DELL coupons work only on the products they're issued for, and one model can be left out even when others in the same series qualify. What's refunded if I return a DELL laptop bought with a coupon?

The refund is based on the price you actually paid after the coupon, not the laptop's full listed price. Switching to a different model means returning this one and placing a new order. And a student or employee coupon can't be generated again on the same email ID, so that new order won't get a fresh one. How do I claim the 10% DELL student discount?

You verify your student status, and DELL gives you a 10% coupon code to use in the cart. If your college is registered with the store, an OTP on your college email is enough and the coupon comes instantly. Otherwise, you must also upload a valid student ID. Does the DELL bank cashback work with UPI or debit cards?

No, the instant cashback is only for credit cards from select banks, so UPI, debit cards, net banking and corporate cards don't get it. Yes, if your company is enrolled in DELL's Corporate Employee Purchase Program. To claim it, you verify your work email with an OTP. For an enrolled company, the discount coupon is issued right away. The exchange amount goes into an account you share through a link Cashify sends within 48 to 72 hours of your new device's delivery. The exchange is free. It takes an old laptop or tablet when you buy an eligible product, and those products show 'Eligible for PC Exchange' in their offers. You must remove all your data and any software licences from the old device before it goes.
