Why isn't the INR 50 prepaid discount showing on my Wonderchef order?

The INR 50 prepaid discount only shows up when your cart is at least INR 999 and you pay online. Pick cash on delivery and it disappears, even on a big cart. UPI, cards, net banking and wallets all count as prepaid. So if the INR 50 is missing, switch the payment method first, then look at the cart total. If a coupon pulls your total close to INR 999, see whether the INR 50 still sits in the order summary on the payment page before you pay. Pro Tip: On a cart just under INR 999, a small item you were going to buy anyway can bring the INR 50 back and pay for part of itself.

Why won't a bank offer code work on my Wonderchef order?

A bank offer code works only when you pay with that bank's card or net banking, so the usual fix is paying with the right bank at the payment step. Apply the code first, then pay with the matching bank. The discount depends on that payment, so UPI, COD or another bank's card won't qualify. Some bank codes also need a minimum cart value, which shows on the offer listed on this page. The coupon box takes one code per order. So if you hold a bank code and a regular store code, try each one and keep the one that leaves the lower total.

How much are Wonderpoints worth at Wonderchef checkout?

20 Wonderpoints are worth INR 1, and you redeem them at checkout. So the 200 points you get on your birthday take INR 10 off. Points don't work on everything. Roti Magic, fully automatic coffee machines and spare parts are excluded. You can use one Wonderpoints voucher per order. Besides the birthday points, you earn 200 for each product review once it is approved, and more points come in when you place orders on the store's website.

Can I use the Wonderchef new-user code more than once?

No. The new-user code works one time, on the first order placed from a new account. Once it is used, your Wonderpoints and the regular codes on this page are what's left for later orders.

Are Wonderchef Renewed products a safe way to save?

Yes, Renewed items are unused products sold cheaper because of a damaged box, an open package or a small cosmetic mark, and they carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Renewed products get no extended warranty and no cash refund. If a fault can't be fixed, you get a replacement with the same or a similar Renewed product. You must show the Renewed purchase invoice and the warranty card to the service partner to claim service. Both are emailed to your registered email ID after purchase. Pro Tip: Save that email the day it arrives. Cash on delivery also works on Renewed items, if you would rather not pay upfront.

Can I get no-cost EMI on a Wonderchef appliance?

Yes, no-cost EMI is available once your cart crosses a minimum value, and you choose it at the payment step. EMI options also run through Wonderchef Pay Later. Apply your coupon before you pick EMI, so the monthly amount is worked out on the lower total. EMI can still carry a processing fee, so check the EMI details on the payment page before you confirm.

Can I earn Wonderpoints on a Wonderchef I bought on Amazon?

Yes. Register the product on the store's Warranty Registration page and you can earn and redeem Wonderpoints, even if you bought it from another shop or site. Wonderpoints also runs the store's referral programme. Share your referral with friends, and the points you earn from it can only be redeemed on the store's own website. The points are for personal use only. You can't move them to another account, and they don't apply to corporate purchases.

Is a Wonderchef offer on WhatsApp or a phone call real?

Treat it as fake if it asks you to send money. Wonderchef warns of phishing scams on WhatsApp and phone calls that use its name, and it does not authorise those offers. A real code goes into the coupon box at checkout and comes off the order total. Nobody needs you to transfer money through a payment app or net banking to unlock a discount. If a message asks for that, don't pay.

What free extras come with a Wonderchef Nutri-blend?

Nutri-blend mixer-grinders come with a free recipe book by Chef Sanjeev Kapoor, filled with meal plans and recipes. Count it in when you compare a Nutri-blend with a similar mixer that ships with nothing extra.

Do I get a free demo when I rent from Wonderent?

Yes, renting a Regenta or Regalia fully automatic coffee machine, Roti Magic or Chef Magic through Wonderent gets you a free demo, in person or virtual. You don't book it yourself. The team contacts you to set it up, and the type of demo you get depends on your location and the team's availability.
