Why won't my Milton code work on a marked-down item?

Milton codes usually don't apply to products that are already on sale, unless the offer itself says it covers them. So if the code box rejects your code, or shows it as applied while the total stays the same, a sale item in your cart is the most likely reason. The offer listed on this page says which products a code covers, so check that before you try a different code. Pro Tip: Price the item both ways. Check the sale price alone, then the regular price with a code, and buy at whichever total is lower.

How does the 12% Milton first-order discount work?

It takes 12% off your very first Milton order, and it works only once. You must place that order from a new account that has never ordered from the store before. Once an account has a past order, the code stops working on it.

Is the 12% first-order code my best pick at Milton?

Only if no other code on this page saves you more on your cart. The code box takes only one code per order, so you have to choose between them, not combine them. Compare the final totals, not just the headline numbers. A flat-amount code can beat 12% on a small cart, while a percentage code saves more as the cart gets bigger. Pro Tip: Since the first-order code works only once, try it on your full planned order and check the discount amount shown at checkout before you pay.

Which payment method gets the lowest total at Milton?

UPI. Milton gives an additional flat 3% off when you pay by UPI, and it comes on top of the coupon you apply. The 3% is tied to UPI only, so paying by card or net banking means you lose it. Pro Tip: Select UPI on the payment page and check that the 3% shows in the final amount before you approve the payment in your UPI app.

Can I get a discount as an existing Milton customer?

Yes, just not the 12% first-order code. Codes on this page that aren't limited to first orders work on repeat orders, and the extra 3% for paying by UPI is not limited to new customers. So a returning customer can still use one code plus the UPI discount on the same order.

Does Milton have app-only discounts?

Yes, Milton runs some discounts that work only on orders placed through its app. An app-only offer won't apply if you check out on the website, so place the order in the app to get it.

Do I pay anything for a Milton warranty replacement?

No, warranty claims on products bought online are usually settled with a free replacement delivered to your door. You don't pay for the new item or for getting it to you.

What if my Milton appliance stops working?

Milton appliances and electric products get free home service when you raise a complaint. Service comes to your home, so you don't have to carry the appliance to a service centre.
