Check the watch's product page every day until day 7 with the security loop tag still on, and file on the Return Request page the same day you see a lower price, because pickup comes 2-4 business days after you file.
Timex exchanges a watch only for the same model, and only for a manufacturing defect. Anything else, including a lower price or a change of mind, goes through a refund and a fresh order. That makes the 7-day return window your price-drop cover: if the watch you bought shows a lower price on the site before the window closes, you can return it and order it again at the new price.
The new order is priced on the day you place it, with whatever code works that day. Compare the new cart total with what you paid, not the tile price. Plan for the cash gap too. The returned watch takes 2-7 working days to reach the warehouse, and the refund lands up to 15 working days after approval, so you pay for the second order before the first refund arrives.
This only works if the watch is unused and the security loop tag is still attached, because a watch sent back without that tag is not accepted. Pickup gets two attempts, and the return request is cancelled if both are missed.
