Why won't my Titan code work on a discounted watch?

Most Titan promo codes skip products that are already discounted, so a watch showing a cut price will reject the code or get nothing off. If your cart has only full-price watches and the code still fails, check these next: A gift card or gift voucher in the cart. Codes don't take anything off those. The offer on this page, for an end date or a minimum cart value. A typo or an extra space. Copy and paste the code rather than typing it. The codes on this page are for online orders on the Titan website, so don't count on them at the billing counter in a World of Titan store. Pro Tip: If a code fails, tap 'No' under 'Did this offer work?' in the offer popup. That helps us remove dead codes faster.

Can I use Titan's 10% first-order code with another coupon?

No. Titan accepts one promo code per order, so the 10% first-order discount can't be added on top of another code. That first-order code works once, and only on your first purchase. So compare before you pay. If another code on this page beats 10% on your cart, use that one instead. Just know you lose the first-order code, since it only ever works on a first order. Pro Tip: The one-code limit applies to the promo code box. Snapmint and MobiKwik cashback doesn't go through that box. It comes from the payment app after you pay.

Will a coupon affect No Cost EMI on my credit card?

It can, if the code takes your cart below INR 3,000. No Cost EMI on credit cards needs a cart of at least INR 3,000, so the plans may not show once a code pulls the total under that. Open the EMI option after applying the code to see what's on offer for your final total. The plans run for 3, 6, 9 or 12 months, on select products and with listed banks only. Those banks appear under the EMI option on the payment page.

Which payment method gets me the most cashback at Titan?

Snapmint gives the most certain cashback if you qualify for it: a flat 10%, capped at INR 500, which means the full 10% on any cart up to INR 5,000. The two MobiKwik options pay through a scratch card instead. MobiKwik UPI goes up to INR 500 and the MobiKwik wallet up to INR 300, so UPI has the higher cap of the two. A scratch card can land below its cap though, which is why Snapmint's fixed 10% is easier to count on. But Snapmint is a pay-in-instalments plan. If you want to pay the full amount now, MobiKwik UPI is the one to use.

How does Snapmint cashback work on a Titan order?

Snapmint splits your Titan bill into instalments, and the 10% cashback reaches you in parts as you pay them. Part of it comes with the down payment. The rest arrives with each EMI, but only for EMIs paid on or before the due date. Pay one late and that EMI earns no cashback. Cancel the order or get a full refund, and the cashback goes too. The cashback can be limited to people new to Snapmint, so read the offer line at checkout before you pick it.

How do I claim MobiKwik cashback on a Titan order?

Open the MobiKwik app after paying and scratch the card in its rewards section. Nothing comes off at Titan's checkout itself. The payment must go through the MobiKwik wallet or MobiKwik UPI, not a card or another UPI app. Your MobiKwik account also needs to be KYC-verified to receive the money. And the cashback works once per user each calendar month, so a second Titan order in the same month won't bring another scratch card.

Should I pick cash on delivery for a Titan watch?

Pick COD only if you need it, because it misses the Snapmint and MobiKwik cashback that online payment can earn. Paying upfront is safe on the delivery side too. Every Titan order comes with free transit insurance, so it stays fully insured until it reaches you. Refunds also work differently. A returned COD order is refunded through a payout link, while an online payment goes back to the same method you paid with.

Do Tata NeuPass members get free watch servicing at Titan?

Yes. Tata NeuPass members can get their watches serviced for free at Titan stores. You must be a NeuPass member for this, and you join through the Tata Neu app. The same membership earns NeuCoins on your Titan purchases, which you can spend on a later Titan order. One catch: an order paid partly or fully with NeuCoins earns no new NeuCoins.

Can I exchange a watch I bought from Titan online?

No. Titan doesn't exchange products bought on its website, and a World of Titan store won't take them back either. To switch to a different model, return the watch online within the return window and place a fresh order. The discount from your first order doesn't move across, so apply a code again at checkout, picking one that's live on this page when you reorder. Pro Tip: An order can be cancelled only before it ships. If you change your mind about the model or strap size, cancel straight away instead of waiting to send it back.
