Why won't my Firstcry code apply to the diapers in my cart?

Many Firstcry codes are tied to one brand or product range, so a code made for Babyhug diapers won't work on another brand's pack. The offer on this page names the brand or range it covers, so match the code to what's actually in your cart. If the code fits your items and still fails, check these next: Your cart has a Club membership in it. Product coupon codes don't cover the membership, so remove it and pay for it as a separate order. Your product total is under INR 99. Firstcry won't let you place any order below that, coupon or not. The code has expired. Pick another one from the list here, and tap "No" under "Did this offer work?" so we can pull the dead code.

Why does my Firstcry coupon save less on items already on sale?

Many Firstcry coupons are worked out on the MRP, not on the marked-down price. So when you apply one of these codes to an item that already shows a discount, the coupon replaces that discount instead of adding to it. The final price can even come out higher than the sale price alone. That's why a big percentage code can look disappointing on a sale item. On full-price items there's no markdown to lose, so the same code does its full job there. Pro Tip: Note the cart total before you apply the code, then compare after. If the total goes up, remove the code and pay the sale price. With a mixed cart, you can put full-price items in one order with the code and sale items in another without it, as long as the extra delivery charge doesn't cancel out the saving.

Can I use the Firstcry new-user discount more than once?

No, the new-user discount works one time only, on the first order from your account. After that order goes through, the code stops working for you. Since you get one code per order, your first order is a choice between the new-user code and any other code on this page. Price your cart with each and go with the lower total. Pro Tip: If the new-user offer is a percentage, make your biggest buy, like a cot or a stroller, your first order so the one-time discount applies to the largest bill.

Do bank card offers at Firstcry count as my one coupon?

Some do. Firstcry runs some bank offers as their own coupon code, entered in the same Apply Coupon Code tab, so using one means no other code from this page on that order. Other bank offers apply when you pay with that card, and checkout shows whether they work alongside your code. Bank offers usually come with their own minimum order and a cap on the discount. Some also exclude Club membership and gift card purchases. Check the bank offers shown at checkout and compare that total with your best code before you pay.

Do Firstcry Club members get more off a coupon?

Yes, Club members get an extra discount on some coupons, plus payment offers that only members can use. Plan length changes what you earn back. The 12-month plan earns 2X Club Cash on products that carry it, while the 3 and 6 month plans earn 1X, and the product page shows how much Club Cash an item earns. Members also get free shipping benefits and the Basic plan of the Playbees learning app free for as long as the membership lasts. Pro Tip: Since only one code fits each order, Club free shipping can make it cheaper to split a cart into two orders and use a different code on each.

How do I spend my Firstcry Club Cash?

You need at least 100 Club Cash in your account before you can use any of it on a purchase. Below that, it just builds up from order to order. And it doesn't vanish when your membership ends. Club Cash you've already earned stays in your account and still works on later orders. What you lose is the other Club benefits, and the membership doesn't renew on its own, so you have to renew it yourself to get them back.

How can I get Firstcry Club membership cheaper?

Ask a friend who is already a Club member for their Club referral code, then enter it in the coupon code box when you buy the membership. Regular product codes from this page don't cover the membership itself, so the referral code is the route to a lower membership price.

Does Firstcry charge to assemble a cot or stroller?

Yes, unless you're on the 12-month Club plan. Doorstep assembly costs INR 149 and online video-call assembly costs INR 99, and 12-month Club members get assembly free. The service covers selected products and pin codes only, so check that assembly is offered for your item and pin code before you count on it. After delivery, a technician calls within 48 hours to book a slot. Pro Tip: If your order includes two big items that both need assembly, add those fees to your sums when choosing between the 12-month plan and a shorter one.

Can I use my Firstcry Club benefits at a Firstcry store?

Yes, Club benefits work at Firstcry stores as well as online. The exception is Babyhug and Carter's stores, where they don't apply. Bank card offers are different, as some are valid only on the website and app.
