Why won't my VIP Bags code work on a marked-down suitcase?

VIP Bags codes usually don't apply to items that already carry a sale price, so a code that works on a full-price bag can fail on a marked-down one. Don't give up on the sale. Price it both ways: the sale price on its own, and a full-price bag with the code. Then take whichever total is lower. If the bag isn't on sale and the code still fails, two other things block it. A first-order code stops working once your account already has an order. And a code with an end date stops working after that date, so pick another offer from the list on this page. Pro Tip: If a code fails for you, tap "No" under "Did this offer work?" in the popup. It helps us pull dead codes off this page faster.

How does the 10% off my first VIP Bags order work?

New customers get 10% off their first VIP Bags order with a code at checkout. The code works once, and only on a first purchase. You need to place the order from a new account. If you've already ordered from the store, the code won't apply. Pro Tip: Use the first-order code on the highest-priced bag you plan to buy. 10% off a bigger bill saves more rupees, and you only get one shot at it.

Do I get 10% off for signing up to VIP Bags emails?

Yes, signing up for VIP Bags emails gets you 10% off your first order. But it doesn't add on top of the new-customer 10%. The checkout takes one code per order, so a first order gets 10% either way, not 20%. Use whichever code you have and skip trying to enter both.

How long is the warranty on VIP Bags luggage?

Hard and soft luggage from VIP Bags comes with a free 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Backpacks, duffel bags and Caprese products get 6 months. So if a discounted duffel and a trolley cost about the same, the trolley gives you two and a half more years of cover. And if a defect shows up after the return window has closed, this warranty is your route to getting it fixed.

How do I activate the warranty on my new bag?

Scan the hang tag on the bag to register it, and that registration activates the warranty. You must keep the hang tag until you've scanned it. Cutting it off and throwing it away on the first day is the easy mistake to make here. Pro Tip: Scan the tag the day the bag arrives, before your first trip. Snap a photo of the tag too.

I've ordered from VIP Bags before. Can I still use a code?

Yes, but the first-order and email signup 10% offers are off the table, since both are for a first purchase only. Codes that aren't limited to new customers still work on a repeat order, so pick from the general offers listed on this page and skip the ones marked for first orders.
