Why won't my The Man Company combo code work on other products?

A combo code is tied to the products in that one combo, so it fails if your cart has anything from outside that collection. Fixed-price combos, like a set number of perfumes for one price, only accept items picked from that offer's own collection page. Add a face wash from somewhere else and the code gets refused. Next, check the item count and the cart value. A combo deal needs exactly the number of items it names, and some combo codes also carry a minimum cart value. The offer on this page lists both conditions. If your cart matches and the code still fails, that combo has most likely ended. Pick another code from the list here.

Why do many The Man Company codes look like people's names?

Those are creator codes, and any shopper can use them. They are usually a creator's name followed by a number, and they take a percentage off your cart like any other promo code. You do not need to follow that creator to use one. Only one code goes into the box per order, so you cannot add two creator codes together. If one creator code is refused, try a different creator's code from this page instead of retyping the same one.

Are some The Man Company offers only on the app?

Yes, The Man Company runs app-only discounts, and those codes work only when you place the order inside the app. They will not apply on the website. Log in to the app with the same mobile number or email you use on the website, so your orders and any e-pay balance stay in one account. Pro Tip: If an offer on this page says it is for the app, build the whole cart in the app from the start. Moving a half-built cart from the website wastes time.

Can I use a The Man Company gift card and a coupon together?

Yes, because a gift card is not a promo code and does not take the code slot. When you redeem a gift card after logging in, the amount goes into your e-pay balance. At checkout you pay with that balance and still apply a coupon to the same order. You can also load more than one gift card into the e-pay balance and spend it across later orders.

I forgot to apply my code. Can I cancel and reorder?

Only if you act quickly, because the store allows cancellation for a short window after the order is placed. Once that window closes, the order cannot be cancelled, and it cannot be repriced with a code either. If you do cancel in time, place the new order with the code applied before you pay. Pro Tip: Look for the discount line in the order summary before you pay. That one check saves you the cancel and reorder.

Is Build Your Box cheaper than a coupon at The Man Company?

It can be, because Build Your Box gives you a fixed bundle price for the items you pick, while a coupon takes a percentage off whatever is in the cart. The box suits you when you want several products anyway, like a perfume, a beard oil and a face wash. Price your cart both ways before paying. Check the box price, then the same items at full price with the best code from this page, and go with the lower total.

Do The Man Company codes work if I've ordered before?

Yes, the sitewide codes and combo deals work for repeat buyers too, not just new accounts. Log in with your usual mobile number or email and apply the code as normal. The one exception is a single-use code you have already used once on your account. If that happens, switch to a code you have not tried yet.
