Do Swisse coupon codes work on prices that are already marked down?

Usually, yes. A sitewide code is worked out on the lower price you see on the product page, not on the struck-out MRP. Many products show a built-in markdown, so the code saves you a little more on top of it. Watch combo packs and the Clearance section. They carry built-in cuts of their own, and a code can leave them out. If a code won't take on a combo, price it both ways: the combo price alone, and the single bottles with the code. Then buy whichever total is lower.

Can using a Swisse coupon cost me free delivery?

It can, so check the delivery line after you apply the code. On a cart just over the free-delivery line, a small percentage code can bring the total under it and bring back the flat delivery fee. On a cart close to the threshold, that fee can be more than what the code saves you. Look at the delivery line in the order summary as well as the discount line before you pay. Pro Tip: If the code pulls you under the line, add a smaller pack of something you already take to get back over it. You keep the coupon saving and get free delivery on the same order.

Why won't a bank offer code work on my Swisse order?

A bank offer code is meant for payment with a card from the bank named on the offer. Pay with a different card or with UPI and the order does not qualify for it. The second reason is the single code box. A bank code takes the same slot as a regular coupon, so you can't use both on one order. Pick the one that cuts more off your cart. Some bank offers skip the code box and show up as an instant discount on the payment page instead. These appear only after you enter the card and pick the offer, so check the final amount on that page before you enter the OTP.

I forgot to apply my code. Can Swisse add it after I order?

No. A code can't be added once the order is placed, and the store won't reprice it later. The checkout page is your only chance to apply it.

Can I return Swisse supplements if they don't suit me?

No. Swisse products are non-returnable once bought, and opened or used ones are never taken back. Problems like a stomach upset, headache, rashes or not liking the flavour don't qualify for a return. So if you are trying a supplement for the first time, start with the smallest pack, even when a big combo shows a deeper markdown. Move to the combo once you know it suits you. If you have a health condition, check with your doctor before you buy.

What do I need to claim a damaged or missing item?

You must have a continuous unboxing video. Swisse needs one for every claim about a damaged product, a missing item or a wrong product, and claims without a valid video may not be processed. The video needs to show: The package still sealed The shipping label The full unboxing, with no cuts or edits Start recording before you open the parcel, every time. A quality problem needs to be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Damaged or wrong items qualify for a refund or replacement only within 7 days of delivery, and no refund is given after 15 days.

What happens if something in my Swisse order goes out of stock?

You get a full refund for that item. Swisse tells you within 2 working days of your purchase if an item can't be supplied. The money goes back to the same payment method you used, and there is no cash refund. Accepted refund and replacement requests take 7-10 working days to complete.

Do I need to be home for my Swisse delivery?

Someone needs to be there, because the courier asks for the delivery OTP or an acknowledgement of receipt. Deliveries run from 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday, except public holidays. A family member, colleague or neighbour can take the parcel for you. But Swisse takes no responsibility for goods received by someone else, so ask them to record the unboxing video if they open it before you get home.
