In a deferred exchange you pay the full price for the new phone, and the exchange value is paid to you when the old phone is picked up. Keep the old phone in the condition you described until pickup. Limited-time exchange bonuses are added on top of the evaluated value during some events, so get a fresh quote on sale days instead of relying on an older one.

Student offers run through the realme Student Discount Program, and identity verification is available only in the realme Store app, not on the website. Once you are verified, a launch benefit is added to your account as a coupon, and you can claim it from the coupon zone. The store also runs app-only discounts, so place the order from the same app.

Student launch benefits are tied to a new phone's first-sale window and can include extra cover such as free screen damage protection. When one is offered, you must buy and activate the phone within the sale dates and finish verification and benefit registration by a set deadline after the sale. Verify before the launch, so the only steps left after delivery are activating the phone and registering for the benefit.

Bank instant discounts at realme apply only to the payment types named in each offer's terms. Cash on delivery does not qualify, and some offers also leave out debit cards, net banking and EMI. If you plan to pay by EMI, select it on the payment page and check that the bank discount line still shows before you confirm.

EMI options appear at checkout on their own only when the items in your cart qualify and your card is from an eligible bank. If no EMI option shows, try a card from the bank named in the running offer before giving up on EMI.
