Why won't my Perfora code apply on a bundle price?

The bundle price is already a discount, and a code on top of it often gets refused. Perfora's buy-any-few combo offers set one price for the whole set, and that price is the saving. The code box takes one code per order. So if a code does go in, compare two totals. First price the cart as a bundle with no code. Then price the same items at normal price with your best code from this page. Pay whichever comes out lower. If the bundle price never showed up at all, check the item count and make sure each product is one the offer covers.

Can a Perfora code push my order below free shipping?

It can. Free delivery covers prepaid orders above ₹499, so look at the total after the code goes in. If the code takes your cart from just over ₹499 to just under it, check whether a delivery charge appears before you pay. Adding one small item you would buy anyway, like a tongue cleaner or a brush head refill, can keep you above ₹499 and keep both savings. Some flat-amount codes also need a minimum cart value of their own, and the offer on this page shows that number. Reach it before you apply the code, not after.

Is paying online cheaper than cash on delivery at Perfora?

On carts above ₹499, it can be. Free delivery at that level covers prepaid orders, so paying by UPI, card, net banking or a wallet like Paytm or PhonePe keeps delivery free. Your coupon code works the same either way. If you pick cash on delivery, check the delivery line in the order summary before you confirm.

Can I use Perfora codes when buying on Nykaa or Tata 1mg?

No. The codes and bundle offers on this page work on Perfora's own online store, not on marketplace listings like Nykaa or Tata 1mg. Those sites set their own prices, run their own codes and follow their own return rules. So if a marketplace price looks lower, apply a code from this page to the store price before you compare.

How do free gifts on bigger Perfora orders work?

A free gift offer adds a gift once your cart crosses the value named on the offer. Check that the gift shows up as a line in your cart before you pay. Look again after you apply a code, since the gift needs your cart to qualify. Pro Tip: If you are a little short of the gift amount, a toothpaste or refill you will use anyway is a cheaper way to cross it than a big extra item.

Can I return a Perfora product I bought with a code?

Only electronic products can be refunded, and they must be full priced (non-discounted), unopened, unused and not personalised. Toothpaste, mouthwash, serum and tongue cleaners can't be returned at all. So before you use a code on an electric toothbrush you are unsure about, factor in that full-price condition. And if Perfora picks the product up from you, the pickup postage comes out of your refund.

What if my Perfora order arrives damaged or with items missing?

You must report it on the day of delivery, by email, phone or WhatsApp, and you need an unboxing video to back the claim. If the package looks tampered with or damaged at the door, don't accept it. Otherwise, record a video while you open the box and check every item against your order, including any free gift or combo item.
