Sleepwell gives an extra discount for paying upfront, but only on eight mattresses: Ortho, Ortho Pro, Ortho Pro Latex, Ortho Pro Spring, Dual, Dual Pro, Ortho Genius Grid and Ortho Nirvana. On one of these, any payment that is not prepaid gives up that discount. On any other model there is no prepaid discount to lose.

If you are choosing between a listed model and one outside the list, take both to the payment page and compare the final totals there, not the prices on the product pages.

No Cost EMI works differently. The store takes the interest off the price upfront, and your bank adds the same interest back over the instalments, so your total stays at the listed price. It works only on credit cards from partner banks, and your card needs enough free limit for the amount the bank blocks at the start. Pick EMI to spread the cost, not to save money, and check whether the EMI total still includes the prepaid discount before you choose it.

Sleepwell prices and the models on offer change with your pincode. Until you enter one, the site shows prices and products that may not match what you can buy in your area. Enter the pincode where the mattress will be delivered before you note down any price.

If you are buying for someone in another city, such as your parents, use their pincode, not yours, because the pincode decides which prices and models you see. A price you saw in an ad or on a deals page may belong to a different area, so check it against your own pincode price before you decide a deal is good.

The refund trial applies to selected mattresses bought on the official Sleepwell website, and only one mattress per household. If you are buying two, for example for two bedrooms, only one can be returned under the trial, so use it on the mattress you are least sure about. Custom-size mattresses are never covered, so buy a standard size if you are unsure about comfort.

Stains, spills or damage make the mattress ineligible for a refund, so put a waterproof mattress protector on it from the first night. Return pickup is free only from the original delivery address, so have the mattress delivered where it will stay for the whole trial.

The cost of any free gifts that came with the order is taken out of your refund. If an offer adds a gift you do not need, count its cost as money you lose on a return, and compare offers on that basis.
