Does the MuscleTech UPI cashback use up my one coupon code?

No, the UPI cashback is linked to paying by UPI, not to the code box, so it doesn't take up your one coupon slot. The code box takes just one code per order. Typing in a second one either gets refused or replaces the first. So if you are holding two codes, apply each one on its own, note the cart total, and keep the one that leaves you paying less. A code with a bigger headline number can still lose if it skips part of your cart.

Why won't my MuscleTech code work on a bundle or combo?

Bundles and combo packs carry their own built-in pricing, and coupon codes can refuse them. Items showing a marked-down price on the product page already have their discount applied, and a code may not work on top of it. If your cart mixes a bundle with full-price items, take the bundle out and apply the code again. When the code goes through on the rest, the bundle was the problem. Pro Tip: Price the order both ways before paying. Check the bundle price on its own, then the same items bought one by one with your code, and pick whichever total is lower.

Why did a code that worked last week stop working?

It has most likely expired. MuscleTech codes run on limited windows, and any end date shows next to the offer on this page. Your cart is the next thing to check. A code can be limited to one product or one pack size, so switching to a different tub size can stop it from applying. Put the original item back and try the code again. And some codes work only once per account, so a code you used on an earlier order will not go through a second time. In that case, pick another code from the list at the top of this page.

How do I get the UPI cashback on a MuscleTech order?

Pay by UPI on an order above INR 4,999 and you get INR 50 cashback. Above INR 7,499, the cashback rises to INR 150. The jump between the two levels is worth INR 100. So if your cart sits just under INR 7,499, adding a tub you would reorder next month anyway gets you the bigger cashback. Read the final amount on the payment page, after your coupon applies, to see which level your order lands on. Pro Tip: The cashback is for UPI payments only. Paying the same order by card or wallet gives it up.

Does MuscleTech add a free gift to bigger orders?

Yes, MuscleTech adds a free gift to your order once the cart crosses a set value, and no code is needed for it. A coupon can undo it, though. If your cart is only just over the gift level, the code may pull your total back under it. After the code applies, look at the cart again and check the gift is still listed before you pay. Pro Tip: If a code knocks the gift out, compare what the gift is worth with what the code saves, and keep whichever is worth more.

How much do I get for referring a friend?

You and your friend each get 150 points, worth INR 150. The reward is tied to your referral link, so send your friend the link itself, not just the store name.

How can I check a discounted MuscleTech tub is genuine?

Look for the hologram sticker and the batch number on the tub before you open it. If anything about them looks wrong, leave the seal unbroken and raise it with the store first. Once the seal is broken, MuscleTech does not take the product back for a return or replacement.

What should I do if my MuscleTech parcel arrives damaged?

If the outer box looks damaged or tampered with, don't accept it from the courier. For a box that looks fine, record a video while you open it, because that video is your proof if the product inside turns out damaged. For a wrong item or missing units, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery and send: photos of the outer packaging the MRP hologram and batch number pictures of the products you received, with the invoice A replacement depends on stock. If the product is out of stock, you get a refund instead.
