Why won't my Ajmal code apply to a combo or sale bottle?

A code usually fails here because fixed-price combos and bottles that already show a markdown are left out of many coupon offers. What do I need to claim a broken or leaked Ajmal bottle?

You need an unboxing video, and you must report the problem within 24 hours of delivery. The video has to show the product in its original packaging, so start recording before you cut the tape. The same 24-hour limit applies to a wrong or missing item. If the box looks tampered with or damaged when the courier hands it over, refuse it at the door instead of opening it. Once your claim is verified, you get a refund or an exchange.

What if my Ajmal order shows delivered but never arrived?

Report it within 48 hours of the status changing to delivered. Claims made after that are not eligible for a refund.
