Is the SBI card offer better than a regular IGP coupon?

It is whenever your cart is INR 1,199 or more and 20% of it is more than the coupon would save. SBI cards get a flat 20% off at IGP, so do that quick sum before you pick. The SBI offer goes in through the same coupon box as any other code, and you must pay with your SBI card to get it. So it takes the one code slot and no other coupon can go on top. It also does not cover gold, diamond, electronics, gift vouchers or international shipping. Pro Tip: If your cart is just under INR 1,199, adding an item to cross the minimum still leaves you ahead as long as that item costs less than 20% of the new total.

How does the HDFC PayZapp offer work on IGP?

Pay with the HDFC PayZapp wallet and you get 10% off your order. It does not combine with other promotions, so any coupon in the cart has to come off. This is the bank offer to try on smaller carts. The SBI card offer needs an order of at least INR 1,199, so below that PayZapp is the option left. But if a coupon on this page saves more than 10% of your cart, use the coupon instead and pay any way you like. Gold, diamond, electronics, gift cards and some branded products are left out. If your cart has branded items, look at the order total and confirm the 10% is showing before you pay.

Do I get a discount on my first IGP order?

Yes, first-time IGP customers get 20% off their first order. The code is single-use and only works on a new account's first purchase. The store has no guest checkout, so you need to sign up with your email and phone number before the code will apply. It goes in the same box as the bank offers, which means it cannot be combined with the SBI or PayZapp discount on the same order.

Why won't my IGP code apply when a gift voucher is added?

IGP takes either a coupon code or a gift voucher on an order, never both. Remove the voucher from the Order Summary section, then apply your code. Compare the two totals before you decide. If the voucher takes more off, keep it and save the code for another order. Still rejected after that? These are the next things to check: The SBI offer only applies when you pay with an SBI card and the order is INR 1,199 or more. Gold, diamond and electronics are excluded from both the SBI and PayZapp offers. The first-order code works only on a brand new account that has never placed an order.

Can I add an IGP code after I've already paid?

No. A coupon or gift voucher cannot be added to an order once the payment goes through. The only way to get the discount is to cancel and order again with the code. That works for standard products that have not been dispatched yet. The store usually processes orders within a couple of hours and dispatches the same day, so you need to act fast. Flowers, cakes and personalised gifts cannot be cancelled once processed, and partial cancellations are not allowed. A cancelled order is refunded to your IGP wallet.

Does my IGP wallet balance earn cashback?

No. IGP works out cashback only on the amount you pay through a card, UPI or net banking. The part of the bill covered by wallet balance earns nothing. If you cancel an order that earned cashback, the cashback is taken back. Already spent it? Then it comes out of your wallet balance, and if the wallet is short, from your refund. Pro Tip: On an order with a cashback offer, pay the full amount by card or UPI and keep your wallet balance for orders that carry no cashback.

Can I pay cash on delivery at IGP?

No, IGP does not offer COD on any order. The person paying is almost always not the person receiving the gift, so every order is paid upfront. You can pay by credit or debit card, UPI, net banking, wallets like Paytm and Mobikwik, or PayPal. Sending a gift from abroad? International cards and PayPal work, but net banking is only for Indian bank accounts.

How do I book midnight delivery for the right date?

Pick the day before the occasion as your delivery date, then choose Midnight delivery. For a gift at 12:01 am on the 14th, you select the 13th. Midnight and fixed-time slots must be booked 24 hours in advance, and both carry an extra fee. Standard delivery within India is free on most products. Pro Tip: Same-day delivery for flowers and cakes needs the order placed before 6 pm. If any time that day works for the recipient, skip the paid slot.

What do I get with IGP Select membership?

IGP Select is a paid membership that gives you free and discounted delivery, with no minimum order value for its perks. It lasts 1 year from the day you pay. Two limits matter before you sign up. The delivery perk does not cover international orders, where shipping is charged by country and product. And the membership cannot be cancelled once paid, so the fee is gone even if you stop ordering.
