Why won't my Gritzo code work on an already-discounted pack?

Codes often fail on packs that are already on a deal, because Gritzo promotions can't be combined with another offer. So a cut-price SuperMilk tin or gummies pack will refuse the code. The next reason is range. Some codes cover only one product line, such as SuperMilk, gummies or the Athlete range, and the offer on this page names that line. A product from outside it won't get the discount. And you need to be logged in, because the cart does not take any coupon from a guest. Pro Tip: Price it both ways. Check the marked-down price alone, then the full-price pack with your code, and buy whichever total is lower.

Will my code still work if I choose cash on delivery?

Not if it is a prepaid-only offer, and some Gritzo codes are. Switch to COD at the payment step and the discount line can disappear. COD also costs more on small carts. COD orders under INR 500 carry an INR 30 COD charge, and some products can't be bought on COD at all. So paying online by card or net banking leaves the lower total in most cases. Pro Tip: Pick your payment method first, then look at the final amount. If the discount has gone, the code was meant for prepaid orders.

Can I use the same Gritzo code on my next order?

Some Gritzo codes work only once per account, so a code that worked last month can fail on your next order. This matters if you buy SuperMilk every month. If a once-per-account code takes a percentage off, save it for a bigger stock-up order instead of a single small tin, because the same percentage saves more on a larger cart. For the refill after that, come back to this page and pick a fresh code.

What is Gritzo Cash, and is it the same as a discount?

No. Gritzo Cash is credit held in your Gritzo account, not money taken off the order you are placing now. Some offers pay out in Gritzo Cash instead of an instant price cut. You can also choose Gritzo Cash as your refund when you cancel an order. Either way, it generally expires 90 days from the date it is issued, and the Gritzo Cash email shows the exact date. Pro Tip: When two offers look alike, compare the instant cut with the Gritzo Cash one. An instant cut lowers today's bill. Gritzo Cash only helps if you order again before it expires.

Is Gritzo's Growth Trackr really free?

Yes, Growth Trackr is free. You record your child's height, weight and BMI, and it compares them with Indian Academy of Pediatrics benchmarks for their age. Logging these over a few months shows whether growth is on track or slowing down. That is useful before you pay for a goal-based SuperMilk variant like Growth+ or Weight+, since you pick the variant from real numbers and not from a guess.

Can I cancel my Gritzo order and re-order with a better code?

Yes, but only before the order ships. Cancel it from My Orders, then place a fresh order with the better code. For a prepaid order, the refund reaches your bank account in 2-5 business days, or you can take it as Gritzo Cash instead. You can cancel only one order in 24 hours, so test the new code on your cart before you cancel the old order.

Can I pay for a Gritzo order in EMI?

Yes, on credit cards only, with plans from 3 to 24 months. Debit cards don't get EMI. Gritzo charges no processing fee, but the bank still charges interest, and each bank sets its own minimum order for EMI. Eligible products show an EMI label and a rate table on the product page. If you cancel or return later, the interest charged up to then is not refunded, so EMI suits a large stock-up order more than a single tin.
