Why won't my Crocs code work on a sale-price pair?

Some Crocs codes only apply to full-price, non-discounted styles, so a pair that is already marked down will reject them. The second cause is payment. Prepaid codes need you to pay online, and choosing cash on delivery takes the extra discount away. The prepaid 5% offer can also be limited to certain styles, so if the bag refuses it, the pair in your bag is not one of the styles it covers. If none of these fit, the code has likely ended. Try another offer from the list on this page. Pro Tip: Price the pair both ways. Check the sale price alone, then a full-price style with the code, and buy whichever total is lower.

Should I pick the 5% or 10% prepaid offer at Crocs?

Pick the extra 10% off when your order qualifies, since both offers are for prepaid orders and 10% takes more off the bill. The 5% offer comes with two extra limits. It cannot be combined with any other coupon, and it may only work on some styles. So using it means giving up every other code for that order. Pro Tip: On a pair priced at INR 3,000, the 10% offer saves INR 300 and the 5% offer saves INR 150. That gap grows with every pair you add.

Do I lose the Crocs discount if I pay cash on delivery?

Yes. Both the extra 5% and the extra 10% offers at Crocs apply only to prepaid orders, so a cash on delivery order does not get them. Pay with UPI, a debit or credit card, or net banking to keep the extra discount.

How do I get 15% off my first Crocs order?

Sign up with your email as a new customer, and Crocs gives you 15% off your first order. The code works once, and only on a first purchase. An account that has already placed an order will not get it. So put everything you want into that first order, because the 15% will not come back for a second one. And since the prepaid 5% offer cannot be combined with any other coupon, the 15% code is the one to use on a first order.

I've ordered from Crocs before. Can I still get a discount?

Yes. The extra prepaid discounts work on any order you pay for online, whether it is your first order or your tenth. Only the 15% first-order code is closed to returning shoppers, and you can try any other code listed on this page.

Can I pay for my Crocs in No Cost EMI?

Yes, on a credit card, but your cart must meet two conditions. You need at least one product priced above INR 3,000, and you must choose a 3 or 6 month plan. The INR 3,000 rule is per product, not per cart. A cart that crosses INR 3,000 only because of two cheaper pairs does not qualify. Only select products qualify as well, so pick credit card EMI on the payment page to see whether your pair gets the No Cost plan before you confirm.

Is my Crocs pair covered by a warranty?

Yes, every pair you buy on the Crocs site comes with a free 90-day warranty. The 90 days start from the date of delivery, not the date you placed the order. To raise a claim, you need to call the store's toll-free customer service line. Sale-price pairs bought on the site are covered too, since the warranty applies to every pair. Pro Tip: Note your delivery date and keep your order number handy, so you know exactly how many days of cover you have left when you call.
