Why is my Cleartrip promo code not working at checkout?

The most common reason is that the code is tied to a booking type that does not match what you are booking. Plenty of Cleartrip codes work only on domestic flights, only on international ones, or only on select hotels, so a live code still gets refused on the wrong booking.
