What does a Cashify warranty claim cost me?

The standard warranty itself is free, but each pickup and drop for a claim costs INR 150. Liquid damage is not covered, so a phone that got wet is not a warranty claim at all. The warranty runs from the invoice date, and the length depends on what you bought: Phones, laptops, tablets, smartwatches, consoles and cameras get 6 months. Monitors get 12 months. Camera lenses and gaming accessories get 1 month. Pro Tip: Save your invoice. The warranty clock starts on its date, not on the day the device reaches you.

When’s the best time to buy at Cashify?

Here's a month-by-month breakdown of Cashify's promo code activity over the past year. Use this to plan your purchases around peak discount periods.

Cashify Smart Shopper Report

A data-driven look at Cashify discount patterns, based on our tracking and community verification.

Cashify deals available today

Verified Cashify codes

Active store-wide codes

Cashify is an Indian re-commerce platform where you can sell an old phone and buy a refurbished one in the same place. Every refurbished device goes through a 32-point quality check before it is listed. The range covers refurbished phones from Apple, Samsung, OnePlus and Google, plus laptops, tablets, smartwatches, gaming consoles and cameras. When you sell an old phone, Cashify gives you a price online and pays you at your doorstep. Cashify Stores in cities such as Delhi, Bengaluru, Pune and Chennai let you buy, sell or get a repair in person. Phone repairs for screens, batteries and charging ports can also be done at your home or office.

Today's Cashify Savings Analysis

Types of Discount Codes Available

When to Expect New Codes

The past 30 days saw 4 new Cashify offers, against a running average of 1 monthly. Codes typically stay active for about 1 day. The latest code went live 8 days ago.

Seasonal Insights

Cashify Saving Guide & Tips

Expert strategies on how to save more at Cashify. Be the first to share a tip that worked for you.

The best Cashify savings come from combining the right offer with the right timing, and here's how to line both up.

Sell Your Old Phone and Buy a Refurbished One in the Same Cashify Store Visit

Get your old phone's buyback quote in the Cashify app before you walk into the store, so you know the base price the exchange bonus is added to.

If you are upgrading, sell your old phone and buy the refurbished one at the same place. With SmartXchange, Cashify buys your old phone and adds an exchange bonus on the refurbished phone you buy from them. The bonus depends on the buyback price of your old phone and the model you pick, so the amount is different for every trade.

The offer has firm conditions. You must go to a Cashify store that runs it, because it is only available at select stores. You must also buy the refurbished phone within 24 hours of selling your old one, or the bonus is gone.

The exchange bonus cannot be clubbed with any other offer or coupon. The offers page also lists coupons that add extra value when you sell an old phone. Before you agree to the exchange, compare the exchange bonus with the coupon you would otherwise use, and go with the bigger amount.

Compare All Three Condition Grades Before You Pay for Superb

Order a back cover along with a Fair or Good grade phone, so the scratches on the back and sides are hidden from the first day.

Each refurbished phone on Cashify comes in three grades: Fair, Good and Superb. The grade only describes how the body looks, such as scratches on the back, sides and screen. Performance is the same in every grade, and the 6-month warranty on refurbished phones applies to all three.

So the extra money for Superb buys looks, not a better phone. Switch between the three grades on the same product page and note the price of each. If the gap is large and small marks will not bother you, Fair or Good is the better buy.

Open the grade photos before you decide. Check the display photos most closely, because the screen is the part you look at every day, while marks on the back and sides matter less.

Buy Your Refurbished Phone in the Diwali Sale and Pay With No Cost EMI

Note the price of the refurbished phone you want a week before Diwali, so you can tell whether the Smartphone Dhamaka Sale price is a real drop.

Cashify runs the Smartphone Dhamaka Sale at Diwali, with discounts on top refurbished smartphones. If your current phone can last until then, wait for the sale, especially for a higher-priced model, because a percentage cut saves more rupees on a costly phone. Delivery is free on every refurbished phone order with no minimum, so ordering online in the sale adds no shipping cost.

Each refurbished unit is one used phone, so a popular model in a popular grade can sell out fast. Shortlist two or three models before the sale opens, so you can switch quickly if your first pick goes.

No Cost EMI is available on selected bank cards, and the banks taking part are shown on the payment page at checkout. Your bank can charge a processing fee on card EMI, so compare the final EMI total with the full-payment total before you confirm. If you applied a coupon, check it still shows as applied after you switch to EMI.

Plan Your Warranty Costs Before You Buy a Refurbished Device

Save the invoice date in your phone calendar the day your device arrives, because the warranty runs from the invoice date and not from delivery.

Every warranty pickup and drop costs INR 150, even when the repair itself is covered. Use the device fully in the first few days and test the camera, speaker, charging and buttons. If you find more than one fault, report them together in one claim instead of paying for two pickups.

The cover is short for some items. Camera lenses and gaming accessories get only 1 month, so test them hard in the first week. Monitors get 12 months, and phones, laptops, tablets, smartwatches, consoles and cameras get 6 months.

The extended warranty adds 6 more months on select devices for an extra charge, and it starts after the standard warranty ends. It covers hardware, touchscreen, charging port, speaker and connectivity faults, but not batteries, accessories, or physical or liquid damage. Buy it only if you plan to keep the device well past 6 months and your worry is a hardware fault, not a weak battery or a drop.

Where to Enter Promo Codes at Cashify?

Help other shoppers find the coupon code box at cashify.in checkout.

Add Screenshot

Cashify asks for the code near the end of each flow, before you pay for a refurbished device or confirm the pickup for a sale.

Start in the right flow, since buy, sell and repair codes do not cross over.
Finish your cart or device quote until you reach the final payment step.
Enter the code there and apply it before choosing how to pay or get paid.
Check that the total dropped or the payout rose before you confirm.

Cashify Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the most common questions about Cashify coupons and deals.

A Cashify code works only in the service it was made for. A code for buying a refurbished phone will not apply to a repair booking or a sell quote, and the other way round. So match the code to what you are doing first.

If the service is right and the code still fails, look at the device next. Plenty of buy-side codes cover only one category, such as refurbished iPhones, laptops or one brand's phones, and a code for one will be refused on another. After that, the code has most likely run out. Pick another one from the list above.

Pro Tip: If a code on this page does not work for you, tap 'No' under 'Did this offer work?' so dead codes come off the list faster.

The bigger repair codes usually do, and the code gets refused when your repair quote comes in under that figure. The minimum is printed on the offer itself.

So if your phone needs more than one fix, book them together. Two small repairs in one booking can clear a minimum that neither would clear alone.

Yes. Sell-side codes add extra value on top of the quote for your old phone, so they raise your payout instead of cutting a price. Some sell offers pay that extra value as a voucher sent to your email or mobile number once pickup is done.

The quote is not final until pickup, though. The executive checks your phone's condition at your door, and the payout is fixed after that check. Describe the phone honestly when you take the quote, including scratches, a replaced screen or a weak battery. That way the price is far less likely to drop at your door, and the coupon value sits on a number that holds.

You sell your old phone to Cashify and buy a refurbished phone from them, and the exchange bonus comes off the new one. This offer runs at select Cashify stores, not on the website. You must buy the refurbished phone within 24 hours of selling the old one to get the bonus.

The bonus amount depends on your old phone's model and its buyback price. It cannot be clubbed with any other offer or coupon. So price it both ways, with the exchange bonus in the store and with a code online, and go with the lower total.

No Cost EMI is available on selected bank cards, and the banks taking part show up in the EMI options when you reach payment. Pick your card there to see the tenures on offer before you pay.

Apply your coupon first, then choose EMI. That way you split the lower amount into monthly payments without paying interest. It suits a big buy like a refurbished laptop or iPhone.

Pro Tip: Look at the EMI breakdown for a processing fee before you confirm. No Cost means no interest, not always no fee.

The standard warranty itself is free, but each pickup and drop for a claim costs INR 150. Liquid damage is not covered, so a phone that got wet is not a warranty claim at all.

The warranty runs from the invoice date, and the length depends on what you bought:

Phones, laptops, tablets, smartwatches, consoles and cameras get 6 months.
Monitors get 12 months.
Camera lenses and gaming accessories get 1 month.

Pro Tip: Save your invoice. The warranty clock starts on its date, not on the day the device reaches you.

It is worth it if you plan to keep the device past the standard warranty. The extended warranty adds 6 more months on select devices for an extra charge, and it starts only when the standard warranty ends. On a device that comes with 6 months of standard cover, that adds up to a year in total.

It covers hardware, touchscreen, charging port, speaker and connectivity faults. Batteries, accessories, and physical or liquid damage are left out. So it will not help with a screen cracked in a fall or a battery that drains fast. If a device qualifies, the add-on shows up as an option when you buy it.

Cashify runs a referral programme where you share your code with a friend, and the reward lands once your friend completes their first qualifying transaction.

Your friend needs to use your referral code when they sign up. A sign-up alone earns nothing, so nothing is paid out until that first transaction is done.
