The ASUS education discount is not a coupon code. You apply once, the application is reviewed in 3-5 business days, and after approval the discount comes off at checkout by itself when you log in with your registered email. To qualify, you need to upload a college ID card (both sides), a fee receipt or a bonafide certificate that shows the current academic year, and the details you type must match that document exactly.

Approval lasts only 30 days. The discount works during sale events and alongside the bank card and EMI offers, so the main thing to plan is timing. If you apply on the day a sale opens, most of the sale can pass while your application is still in review.

You get one purchase with the discount, and it is not given back if you cancel that order. The amount is a flat rupee figure that rises in steps with the order value, and it covers select ASUS PCs only. Use it on the costliest PC you plan to buy, and add that model to your cart while logged in to confirm the discount shows before you pay.

Employees of companies enrolled in the ASUS Employee Purchase Program get corporate pricing on laptops and desktops, plus bonus My ASUS Rewards. Card offers at checkout still apply on top of the corporate price. The enrolled companies are shown on the program page, so look for your employer's name there before you place an order.

The corporate price is linked to your company email. You must first complete the employee registration with your company email id, then sign up or log in on the ASUS store with that same email. Use the same address for both steps, since that is how your employee status is matched.

Employees are usually allowed one purchase a year, and there can be extra limits on units per product category. Decide on the one device you need most before you order.

At ASUS, instant bank card discounts apply on notebooks, and No Cost EMI is offered on select products with credit cards from select banks. Check which banks are in the current offer on the payment page before you decide which card to use. If you hold cards from two banks in the offer, check the final total with each one.

No Cost EMI is subject to bank approval, and the bank can add a processing fee. Check the full EMI cost, including any fee, before you confirm, and compare that total with paying in full on the same card.

BNPL (buy now, pay later) is available through Bajaj Finserv and LazyPay. A bank card offer is tied to paying with that card, so note your total with the card offer applied and compare it with the BNPL total before you switch.

If you own an ASUS or ROG laptop, you can refer a friend within 90 days of your purchase date. You need to register on the ASUS referral page with your laptop's serial number and a copy of your invoice, then enter your friend's details. Both of you get a reward once your friend buys and registers.

Your friend has 30 days from receiving the code to buy from ASUS and register the purchase. The referral counts only on consumer notebooks, gaming notebooks, all-in-ones and desktops, not commercial models. Send the referral only when your friend is ready to buy.

The rewards are gift items, not cash or a price cut. Registrations are checked in 7-10 working days, and gifts take about 45 working days to arrive. The referral code cannot be combined with another money-off offer on the same order.
