Yes. Wallet offers apply when you pay from the wallet balance, so add money first if needed. Some wallets let you add money during checkout.

Not always. An app can run separate offers for its wallet and for UPI, so check which payment option the offer needs before you pay.

It depends on the wallet and your KYC status. Some cashback can only be spent inside the app.
